Join me for our new Sunday Yoga kick-off of “Gravity Yoga” at West End Wild Heaven Brewery & Gardens. Gravity Yoga is the yoga for greater mobility. These sessions will focus on Hips, Back, and Hamstrings- 1 focus each day. The classes involves longer holds to provide greater range in motion and easier mobility. No pushing, pulling or squeezing- we passively let gravity do the work!
Come learn the 3 principles of Gravity Yoga and receive the support needed to commit to a Yoga practice for greater mobility.
This class is not to take the place of a traditional exercise class-it’s a supplement.
Note: If you are suffering from any medical condition, I highly advise all to consult their physician prior to preforming any new exercises. This is not a gentle form of yoga, although we will not flow or have active movement, holding poses could cause strain.
If you are on painkillers- you can not take this practice.
If you are pregnant- you can not take this practice as it may trigger early labor.
