What is needed for the practice?
Bring props to support your practice of rest. I.e. bolsters, blocks, stiff blanket, long bath towels, 2 pillows, eye pillow.
How to dress for the practice?
Comfortable clothing, layers for warmth and to easily add or subtract if needed. Socks/ gloves to prevent feet or hands from getting cold as your body temperature falls (if you are cold natured)
