Join us Saturday’s for a Free Community Yoga class in the West End.
This Saturday we are going deeper within physically and mentally with a slow Yin practice.
Classes are open to all- Yogi’s and Yogi’s at heart (beginners- experienced).
Bring a mat, water, and any props you will need to make the practice your own (i.e. blocks, meditation cushions, straps etc).
Our classes begin with a centering, warm up, progressing to stillness. Our Yin classes hold poses longer to allow a deep tissue stretch. The poses are all on the mat and do not require balancing.
